I pack our lunches, 6-8 a day 5-6 days a week, in Easy Lunchboxes. I seriously love those things!

ham and cheese twirls (deli ham and cheese rolled in rectangles of croissant and baked at 350* for about 30 minutes)
cheddar cheese mini rice cakes
sliced strawberries

spaghetti shrimp scampi (mini shrimp cooked in garlic, butter, salt, pepper, and parsley on spaghetti topped with grated Parmesan)
corn
garlic breadstick (refrigerated bread sticks brushed with butter and garlic powder and baked according to package directions)

bean burritos
raspberry jell-o
mini pretzels

summer tomato pasta (pasta with lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, mozzarella cheese, roma tomatoes, and Parmesan)
vanilla pudding with mini chocolate chips
carrot sticks

breakfast pizza
mandarin oranges
tater tots (which Cameron insisted on calling “Vader Taters” after what they were called at a Star Wars themed birthday party of one of his friends)

bacon quesadillas (bacon and cheese baked in tortillas at 350* for 15 minutes)
peaches
corn and black bean salad
Our past lunches:

Yummy! I’m always looking at these things for ideas. I tried packing things up the night before like you do, but I just couldn’t get on board with that.
