Some More School Lunches

I pack our lunches in Easy Lunchboxes. We love those boxes SO much! I used my dip containers a lot this week. Everything we had this week we have had before, but in different forms and combinations.

8 grain muffin (recipe is right on the Bob’s Red Mill 8-grain package), jelly in the dip container, roast beef rolls
strawberries
pretzels

ham and cheese croissant pinwheels (crescent rolls, ham, and cheddar cheese slices rolled up and baked for about 30 minutes at 350*), blue cheese dressing in the dip container
baby carrots
half of a plum

bean and cheese burritos (refried beans, grated cheddar, and salsa rolled up in tortillas; we heat them about a minute before eating)
caramel rice cakes
dried apricots

bacon quesadillas, salsa in the dip container
strawberry yogurt, mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows
pineapple chunks

bacon and lettuce pinwheels, blue cheese dressing in the dip container
grapes
cucumber wedges

I had so much fun making the ones for the girls last week. I’m glad that I jumped on the bandwagon. This is so convenient. Where did you get your dip containers from?
Sep 11, 2010 @ 11:30:04
I got them on eBay. I found a bunch of different kinds on there.

My girls like to have two separate trays, one for the snack time and one for lunch time. I’ve been blogging our lunches too

Where did you get you dip containers? Are they re-usable or disposible?
Sep 11, 2010 @ 17:33:38
They are reusable. I got them from a seller on eBay.

We’re loving our EasyLunchboxes too. Thanks for sharing your photos and lunch ideas. I’m always looking for alternatives to sandwiches!
