The first half of the year 1 month 2 Itty Bitty Bookworm Bailey’s Curriculum was all about Old MacDonald and his farm.
We read Old MacDonald Has a Farm most of the days.

We read The Farmer in the Dell a couple days instead.

He played in mud.

He dipped cotton balls in glue to make a fluffy white sheep.

He played with green playdough. He thought it made a lovely hat.

He was supposed to give a toy animal a ride in a “wagon” (box), but instead he decided to give himself a ride on a stuffed turtle.

He painted. He loves to paint.

He played Pass the Bone with his siblings. His favorite part was barking like a dog if he ended up with the bone.

He played with yellow playdough.

He played a matching game with drawings of animals.

He painted with water to give the animals a “drink.”

He wallowed in a “mud” (blanket) puddle and pretended to be a pig.

He glued “grass” on paper.

And then he added little cotton ball “sheep.”

He built a block fence to keep the animals in (since when are elephants farm animals?).

He took a toy bird for a walk in his own personal animal parade.

And he drew a big picture of Old MacDonald’s farm.

So that was some of the fun stuff Adrian did over the last few weeks. To see what other Tot Schoolers did, go here!
